Grotius 2: now for rent. Compile your preferred homes from the still available homes. We note your preferences as a reserve candidate and inform you by e-mail if a house can be allocated. Registration for social housing in Grotius 2 is closed.

Grotius 1: Pre-registration open from December 20 to January 7, allocation will follow by mail on January 14. There are no social housing available in Grotius 1.

How can I register?

Great to hear that you want to register for the apartments of The Roofs!

The registration consists of several steps.

You choose your preferred homes from the available homes via the Home finder.
You fill in the registration form.
You will receive an email to create your password for your online file (IDD)
You fill in your personal details and you upload your documents in the online file (IDD)
If we can allocate you a home, you will always receive a conformation by e-mail.
We then carry out the file checks. This can take about a month.
Your documents will therefore only be checked after you have received a provisional assignment.
When your file has been approved, the contract will be offered digitally.

Register via the home finder

The Roofs consists of a total of 655 apartments.

To select your preferred homes, use the home selector. The home selector consists of various parts that we explain to you below. In the home selector you can choose whether you prefer to view the apartments in a list view or via the plot map.

The list view

Do you want to choose your preferred homes from the list view? Then scroll down on the offer page where you will find the “list view” under the view of the entire complex.

You can use the filters above the view on the offer page. You can filter by rental price, living space, number of rooms and availability. Only the homes that match your selected filters are then visible.

You can then view the details of each property and download the floor plan.

Have you found a home that meets your needs? Then you can add it to your favorites. You can specify a maximum of 10 favorite homes.

The plot map

Do you prefer to choose from the lot map? The lot map consists of 1 view.

In the table on the left you can click on a floor. The building (tower 2 on the right) then builds up to the chosen floor, on which the houses are visible. By clicking on a house you can view the house details or directly add the house as a preferred home.

You can specify a maximum of 10 favorite homes.

You can use the filters above the lot map. You can filter by rental price, living space, segment, type and availability, the availability per floor is indicated on the left in the table, the availability adjusts based on the filters used.

Complete registration

When you have added your preferred homes to your favorites, click on “register” in the menu.

When you have completed and sent the registration form, you will receive an email with which you can create a password for your personal online file. You then upload your documents to complete the registration and fill in your personal details.

The homes in the home finder have the following statuses.

Beschikbaar – The property is available.
Onder optie – The candidate has accepted the assigned appartement.
Verhuurd onder voorbehoud – The check on the file has been completed and approved. The contract has been offered.
Verhuurd – The contract has been signed.
